We all experience change in our lives, but how we anticipate it, react to it, and adapt to it varies greatly.

In this episode we’ll share a discussion on the book Who Moved My Cheese?, a fable that follows the moves of 2 mice and 2 “littlepeople” as they make big life decisions in response to change.

Points Discussed in this Episode

  • How do we instinctively react to change?
  • How our experiences impact our reaction to change as we get older or more mature
  • Which character we relate to the most in the book
  • Being able to help someone to the extent that they want to be helped
  • What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
  • When you change your beliefs, you change your actions, and therefore you change the way you behave
