Behavior is closely tied to values, because our values influence our beliefs, attitudes, and actions.

Our values are the fundamental principles and beliefs that guide our decision-making and behavior, and they can vary from person to person, and from culture to culture.

For example, if one of your core values is honesty, you are more likely to behave in an honest and truthful way in your interactions with others.

When it comes to team dynamics, it is important to establish a set of shared values that align with the goals and mission of the team. And then clearly communicate what those values look like in behavior.

Establish values you want, and values you don't want. Behaviors you want, and behavior you don't want.
