This episode dives into the saying, "to be the best, you have to be obsessed." I kinda grew up with the mindset that obsession was always connected with something negative, but over time have found that it perhaps may be a much needed ingredient in progress of any form including weight loss and health. I think this is the first time I've ever talked about mindset in such detail. It then continues on talking about how to deal with anxiety when stepping into a gym especially for the first time. I totally get that it can be scary, but it's truly not as scary as you think. Finally towards the end we have our usual recipe breakdown of 3 new recipes, along with a instant noodle hack that can instantly half or more of regular instant noodle calories.
