In my segment, "Let's Talk About It," March is Self-Harm/Injury Awareness Month. Let's talk about all the signs, symptoms and red flags that you as parents or adults who work closely with our Kings and Queens-in-training, in our communities, need to know about in case someone you know is engaging in self-harming behavior.
Also, it's Black History Wednesday! Tune in to hear who I'll be honoring this evening.
