September was recalibration time.
Fall has swooped in and it's time to shake off some things that no longer serve us.
In this episode, we are looking at ourselves and how what remains unchecked in us impacts our communicative approach with our children.
It's important to ask questions of ourselves and our children at all times.
It's time for us to keep fixing and loving what we see in the mirror.
