Welcome to the second part of our Double Stuf Wonderful World of Darklords! (Frollo disapproves of this gluttonous Double Stuff debauchery, but that just encourages us.) In this episode, Tom, Rachel, and guest host Kris Newton dive into the dread possibilities and parting thoughts for this hair-sniffing hellfire hypocrite. Topics discussed include:

  • The nigh-impossible challenge of aging this movie down, the cakewalk of aging it up, and the chainsaw-juggling of aging it up without losing friends;
  • The unique opportunity that Notre Dame offers for a slow-burn recurring setting as Frollo tightens his grip on the city;
  • Genres of horror that range from the predictable to the avant-garde, and how each genre allows you to accentuate a particular aspect of the setting;
  • Campaign ideas that spring fully formed from our conversation like a mist-shrouded Athena, complete with apocalyptic Ezra cults, uneasy alliances with Ivana Boritsi, and optional demons;
  • And more!

Plus, Rachel proves that while she's embarrassed about shilling our own Patreon, she is absolutely shameless about shilling her friends' Patreons, particularly if they have vampires in them.
