Anyone who’s done CrossFit is familiar with a workout called “Fight Gone Bad,” a grueling workout where you put the grunt work in for a minute at a time until you move to the next movement. In this episode Alison Jachowski, Crossfit Masters qualifier and owner of Odin CrossFit, and I will talk about how Odin transitioned from a “fad” approach to sustainable nutrition once her and husband Jason took ownership. Much like the “Fight Gone Bad” workout we talk about our experience working together and how putting the grunt work and staying consistent leads to sustainability. Ultimately this is an example of how to approach nutrition in a healthy way. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/dontbefoodish/support
