Charlotte Lockhart is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the 4 Day Week Campaign. She works to promote the benefits of a productivity-focused and reduced-hour workplace internationally. Through this, she is on the board of the Wellbeing Research Centre at Oxford University and the advisory boards of US and Irish campaigns for the four-day week. In her role, she is a sponsor of the World Wellbeing Movement alongside a number of leading global partners. Charlotte, alongside her partner Andrew Barnes, has been conducting the largest-ever trials of the four-day week, across the UK, US, Canada, South Africa, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
