An uplifting riff (noun): an often brief audio or video clip with a motivational, inspirational, and/or empowering message.

"I'm really doing the damn thing!" I said as I left my son's school, midday. I have the freedom (4 out of 7 days of the week) to surprise him by dropping his shoes off at school (which I'd just done). I pulled into the garage and began unloading groceries and the words started pouring out of me... Intuition told me to record the words and well, here we are! I hope it resonates. And if not? There are many other episodes and at least one is sure to float your boat. xo
