I denne episoden er hovedtema protein. I den sammenheng kommer vi blant annet inn på mengde, frekvens, timing, kilder og kosttilskudd. Episodens gjest heter Håvard Hamarsland. Han er post-doktor ved Høgskolen i Innlandet, campus Lillehammer. Han har forsket en del på protein og hvordan ulike kilder av protein påvirker for eksempel proteinsyntesen og om dette har en langtidseffekt på økning i muskelmasse og muskelstyrke. Vi kommer også inn på dette med frekvens og om flere "små" inntak av protein er bedre enn et stort inntak i løpet av en dag, og må man innta protein rett etter en treningsøkt eller kan man vente i 24 timer? Dette er et knippe spørsmål vi kommer inn på i denne episoden.
