In this episode I had the privilege of having Dr Ranjit Rao come on to talk to us about his life as a Doctor, Urologist Surgeon, the impact meditation has had on his life, and so much more. It was really interesting to hear how Ranjit balances a busy schedule and priorities his health. Along with his focus on balance in his life, Ranjit is always trying to learn and be up to date with the latest science in his field, which continues to make him one of the most sought after professionals in his field.

Here are some key points that Ranjit and I discussed:
- The experience of medical school
- Backpacking through Nepal and India
- His experiences with Meditation and the importance of it
- What tools he uses to balance and plan his daily, weekly, monthly, yearly schedule
- Completing a half ironman
- The importance of recovery
- You perform your best when you're happy

I hope you all enjoy listening to the conversation Ranjit and I had and can implement some of the knowledge he gave us, for yourself, to help improve.
