I was in a 5-year relationship that I entered into vibrant, full of colour, positivity, energy, and a hearty smile, pure enough to light up every room I walked into. I was independent, strong, and felt untouchable. Looking back, I must have felt my love was enough for us and everyone around us, so much so that I forgot to pay attention to how I truly felt in the relationship.

Halfway in, I lost my soul. I became a shadow of myself. I had put this person on a pedestal that I completely forgot who I was and it sipped into everything - work, friendships, my mindset, self-esteem... I mean everything. I was dull. For the first time in my life, I became depressed, anxious, and suicidal and I didn't know what any of these things were. I started wearing baggy clothes, all black instead of colour, gained a lot of weight, and hardly left the house. I simply did not recognise myself anymore. It was one of the deepest, darkest times of my life and I felt so alone because everyone around me assumed I'll be ok. People always said, "Don't worry, you're strong, you'll figure it out".

It took me a year and a half to get out and in this episode, I discuss exactly how I got out (of my head and the relationship). I also remind you that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Hitting rock bottom can also mean bouncing back harder. If you're reading this and can relate, I promise you, it's not the end. You'll look back one day and tell the story but for now, get your tea and journal, let me give you some practical tips you can do right now.

I specifically share 10 amazing things I did to get my groove back! This episode would be great for people who feel lost and either want to stay in the relationship or get TF out. The 10th point helps you do the latter.
