Gluten is bad for children with autism. Today we're making it EASY to break up with gluten AND come up with reasons why and delicious cakes, crackers, and bread. Did you know that gluten is addictive? For children with autism - gluten (and dairy ) acts like drugs/alcohol in the body (that's why they act "drunk" or agitated sometimes. ) That's not all. Gluten can cause problems with methylation (cause problems with neurotransmitters, detoxification, gene expression, enzyme production, and detoxification), plus cause aggression, tantrums, mood swings, and more.
