Perfectionism is the demand of the religious carnal mind.
We can easily fall into this trap of condemnation when we are more concerned about how we are walking rather than Who it is we are walking with. Have you ever been so focused on what you were going to say next in a conversation that you completely missed what was being said by those talking to you? That could be an indicator that you are seeing too much of self and not focusing enough on loving the one in front of you! When we see Love we are able to move past our own short comings and insecurities because our hearts become consumed by Him instead of our mess.
