In this episode I share two stories of friends who are Mom's who came to me, sharing how they're uncertain whether they've made the right choices in life. One works full time, and one stays home with her kids full time. Both of them feel inadequate, unsure and judged.
This episode is not about motherhood; nor is it an episode relevant to only parents. This episode is about something we all face - finding happiness in our own unique juggle of balance in life.
