On this episode we shorten things up a little bit and give some love to our favorite casual dining restaurant, Chili's! We met there, we worked there for a long time, we made lots of friends and memories in the 2000's and beyond. We feel like we worked at Chili's during the peak of Brinker International's success. Fun Fact: Leslie served Norman Brinker himself multiple times before his passing. He never came inside, but he would show up in a limo and his driver would always come in and would tip very nicely. Ramelle met her husband at Chili's and we all worked a the original location on Greenville Ave in Dallas, TX. To us, this set the tone for our expectations from any job from here on, and we took the lessons to heart that we learned. Once a Pepper Pal, always a Pepper Pal.
