Join me for today’s episode as we talk about: prepping for summer as a business owner. While it's important to enjoy the summer, there are still things you can do to make the most of this time. Here are a few summer Biz to-do’s…
- Clean up your back end: Use this time to organize and streamline your business systems. Implement new systems if needed and ensure everything is running smoothly. Take a look at your onboarding process, client communication, and any unused programs or subscriptions that can be canceled or put on hold.
- Reach out to previous clients: If you're feeling uncertain about finding new clients or experiencing a slow period, reach out to previous clients! Offer your services in a creative way, such as a limited-time project or a special incentive. You never know if they might need support or if they can refer you to someone else.
- Evaluate and update your packages: Take a closer look at the packages you offer. Are there any services you no longer enjoy or that aren't in high demand? Consider removing or revamping them. This is also a good time to assess your pricing and make adjustments if necessary.
