Nolan Lewin is the Executive Director of Rutgers Food Innovation Center (FIC), a unique food business incubator and accelerator unit of the Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station. The Center supports established early-stage entrepreneurs and existing food companies from concept to commercialization. Nolan worked as a Plant Manager for numerous food and beverage brands, including LiDestri Food, Beverage and Spirits, Stay Fresh Foods, and Spring Glen Fresh Foods. He has a BA in communication and computer science from Rutgers University.
