Today we talk with Zack of Knox Brew Hub; effectively the Beer Central Station of Knoxville, Tennessee.
Not only a place to sample local craft beer, KBH is also an avid promoter of the city of Knoxville, the brews it produces and the people that make it such a special place to be.
You enter a stranger and leave a friend holding a hand drawn map of the breweries of Knoxville and a belly full of carefully selected craft beer.
Knox Brew Hub is nothing less than a love letter to the town it resides in.
Where: Knoxville, Tennessee
What: Guided brewery tours, beer tastings, local brews to-go and a comfortable space for conversation.
Thoughts: KBH quickly became one of my favorite spots in the nation. It aligns perfectly with what I'm attempting to convey with this podcast.
