Having worked in Real Estate for almost 10 years, Alexandria Knights has had an incredibly diverse career in residential real estate. When she decided she wanted to make the leap into sales, she knew she wanted to do it with the training and support she knew she needed to succeed, which is where the Place 3.0 Model came into play.

Alexandria was an early adopter of the Place 3.0 Model; where an up-and-coming agent leverages of an established agent in a defined market. This means, the budding agent is provided a launchpad for their sales career with close mentorship and the established agent benefits from building their own brand and business; a mutual benefit that is often hard to achieve in real estate.

In Alexandria's case, she became a Lead Agent specialising in Units & Townhomes in The Hicks Team, in the suburbs they already have significant market share in, so the whole team wins!

We loved chatting to Alexandria about how this model has allowed her to start her sales career on the right foot, the highs and lows of the early stages of a sales career, what she has learnt so far, why she loves working in real estate, and more!
