Today's episode is a bit different, a bit heavier, but it's in line with our podcast's mission of exploring breakthroughs. We're talking about transformative moments, those instances that shape us and really make us pause and reflect.

Just recently, I received a phone call that turned my day upside down. It was from the nurse at my gynecologist's office, and the news hit me hard. You see, Dr. Kramer, my gynecologist for 17 years, had passed away. This woman meant more to me than just a doctor. She was a friend, my therapist, a positive influence who lived life to the fullest.

I remember moments like when she consoled me after my mom's passing, and when she turned a cancer diagnosis into a message of strength. I imagine that Dr. Kramer made a mark on everyone she met. Her genuine care went beyond the medical notes. She genuinely cared.

Reflecting on her legacy, it hit me – what about my own impact? Dr. Kramer's story encourages me to be more intentional about leaving a legacy that matters.

Join me in this episode as I remember Dr. Kramer's influence, the insights I've gained from her life, and the lessons I'm taking forward. Let's dive in and explore the power of making a lasting impact.
