Recently I’ve received a few questions from stylists about no-show policies, and I’ve been planning to do an episode on this topic, so this is a timely one! I feel like struggles around no-show policies are pretty common in our industry, so today I want to talk about the mistakes that are being made in this area and how to not only roll out a no-show policy, but what you can do to enforce it in a legal way that maintains a strong relationship with your client.
