Richard Pascoe certainly is a blue sky thinker - for the last five years Saint Piran have turned from a domestic club team into a powerhouse - dominating the podiums in the UK and giving the best track riders in Britain a shot at a road programme. We speak to Richard Pascoe about how his team is breaking the mould from keeping their jersey sponsor free, to their ambitious plans to become carbon neutral.. oh and how they plan to stop Wout Van Aert, Tom Pidcock and Co at the Tour of Britain.
