While I suspect most of you are familiar with Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory, I am willing to bet that less of you are familiar with ERG theory, which, as a model built off of Maslow’s theory, is, we think, an even more accurate representation of how motivation works for most of us. However, fortunate for you, ERG is our topic for today.
