From slow eviction processes to dealing with damages left by tenants, these problems can often result in significant financial losses. Kayla Andrade, my guest for this week's episode, sheds light on these issues. Kayla's journey into understanding landlord-tenant relationships started close to home in her childhood community in Newfoundland. Her early experiences living in government housing offered her a unique insight into the complexities of property management.
