On this episode Adam Archer shares his story growing up in Geelong. An extremely likeable guy, he's an ex real estate agent with a dry & witty sense of humour that knows how to tell a story.
Adam opens up about the agency he worked for and the good and bad sides of working as a sales agent on less than minimum wage retainer and the sudden death of 1 of the owners of the business and his loyalty and reluctance to leave what was to be a sinking ship.
He also shares a great story about negotiating his first sale to a legally blind buyer. He was a young agent, having no real expierence with the seller standing by his side. What could go wrong!
Adam also talks about growing up as an only child in a family that owned and operated a small business and having the courage to leave a healthy, steady pay check to take his side hustle suits business full time.
