The year 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), a global infrastructure development strategy adopted by the Chinese government in 2013. By now, the BRI is more than just ports and rail lines and its projects covers a variety of sectors like energy, telecommunications, digital, health, education, and culture.
