Wow. Just wow! This podcast was so fun. I stumbled upon Kelsey Grant's instagram and it SPOKE to me. I was like, I have to connect with this chick.
So I followed her, she followed back and the rest is history! I am so excited to have her on this episode of iSLAY. This is an impactful, powerhouse conversation we have and she SLAYS it.
Everything starts with self.
When we take care of ourselves, everything gets better. That includes self love, self care, SELF! Stop thinking it's selfish, it's not. It's necessary.
Kelsey has dedicated over 14 years of her life to helping others with self love and relationships. She does amazing coaching and work shops and has helped a lot of people.
