We enjoyed having Tom Scott from Baker Roofing on the show to talk about philanthropy, company culture and focusing on customer attention for success.

Tom has worked for Baker Roofing for several years and is a great ambassador for the company. He has worked his way up through the company and is now an integral part of the customer satisfaction process with the company.
