Welcome back to Brunch with Desb! Do the holidays stress you out? Are you impatiently waiting for the new year to clean your slate? When it comes to the end of the year, we’re often just waiting for that new beginning. We reflect on the past 12 months and it often makes us want to leap into January in order to start anew. But, if you truly could, would you honestly erase your previous year and start fresh on January 1st? I know that I have some days where I’m feeling pretty good and others where things are more difficult but for me, it's all about taking those uncomfortable or unsuccessful moments as a learning lesson. So today, I’m talking to you all about acknowledging our feelings and experiences rather than rushing through them to get to the next best thing. Hard days are inevitable but how you show up despite that is the most important.

Besides this, we’re also diving into some pop culture moments from the past week including that backstage Travis and Taylor kiss and a potential Kardashian breakup.
