4x4x48 Challenge: Tips and Tricks by 23 year old Irish college student Kieran Murphy (currently studying at the University of Limerick). A Movember 2023 David Goggins Challenge.

If David Goggins can do it, so can Kieran Murphy. Which then means that if Kieran Murphy can do it, so can you (maybe actually... it depends on how much you train and your physical wellbeing). This challenge is no easy feat and should only be completed by those who can withstand being uncomfortable, hungry, in physical pain, and sleep deprived for 48 hours (not including all the recovery time after the challenge is complete).

During this challenge you have to complete 12 separate 4km runs (not 4 miles as we're in Ireland an we use kilometres like Irish people do). We are delighted that we had a chance to talk to Kieran right before his 10th set which meant that he was well in to have a few lessons learned already and not too close to the finish line to be able to relax and take the foot off the accelerator. In a cool, calm, and collected way Kieran imparted his wisdom and knowledge regarding the challenge that can't be found anywhere else (not from an Irish student anyways). Kieran absolutely aces every question and gives you a feeling of what it's like to do the challenge.

The WinnerFlags team and Skeano had the pleasure of supporting Kieran for 3 out of the 12 sets (8pm Friday; 4pm Saturday; 8am Sunday) and even we were wrecked, so fair play to Kieran for completing the whole thing. He is also a 4 year Mo Bro, having raised €1,157 already in 2023 (donate to him through this link if you'd like a virtual high five). He had set a goal to raise €500 and absolutely smashed his target, the same way we should be smashing our own goals in life.

As the first ever Winnerflagged Humans podcast goes up we'd like to thank each and every one of you for all the support we've had thus far and all the support we'll get in the future. You guys are WinnerFans and you all know it.

Here's to many more Winnerflagged Humans to be published in future.
