Today, there are over 500 anti-trans bills that have either been passed or introduced throughout the United States. Though transphobia is not new, it is natural to wonder: why now?
To address this question, Schuyler speaks with ACLU lawyer and activist Chase Strangio. He discusses why so many states are pushing for these laws, what their real intent is, and what we can do about them.
