Digimon Adventures is back in the cinemas for another hit of nostalgia as 02’s Digi Destined confront a dark story set after the events of Last Evolution Kizuna.

While drenched in the history of Digimon, it also tells a very different story for the series, with less action and more introspection as the anime franchise approaches its 25th anniversary in 2024.
