With over 20 years of expertise in appraisals and real estate brokerage, Zack has a proven track record of success in managing real estate businesses, leading growth, and providing premium services to clients.

As the President and Chief Appraiser for Authority Appraisals, he is responsible for overseeing all company operations, growth, and development. Zack is a mentor and coach who takes pride in developing a high-performing team of appraisers. Through his guidance and leadership, many of his trainees have achieved residential real estate appraisal certification and continued to excel in their careers.

In addition, Zack is the Owner & Managing Broker for Rhodes & Associates Realty, where he manages a team of skilled Realtors and offers expert real estate guidance to clients. He is also the creator of AuthorityU, a unique appraisal training program for aspiring appraisers, real estate agents, and lending industry professionals.

With a Bachelor of Science from Central Missouri State University and an SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute, he is dedicated to continuing education and professional development within the field. He regularly participates in annual trainings and has taken numerous courses from organizations such as the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, the Appraisal Institute, and McKissock, among others, to stay current on the latest industry standards and best practices.
