Erin Brockovich of Baltimore with Lexi Hauck
Manage episode 393054154 series 3511701
For today's Coffee Break, I beam down to Gallery 220 in Havre de Grace, MD, to have a coffee chat with Lexi Hauck. Lexi is a local creative, photographer, filmmaker, theater kid, and art administrator in my friend circle in Havre de Grace. I had Lexi watch one of my favorite movies from 2000, Erin Brockovich, starring Julia Roberts and we talked about Erin being such a Baltimore woman who has a John Waters vibe. We dish about the paranormal activities of Gallery 220 and The State Theater of Havre de Grace, Haven, John Waters, the magic of Baltimore, the new creative scene popping up in Havre de Grace, Street photography, filming the paparazzi scene of #RockStarLife: The Art Film, photography done on an iPhone vs an actual camera, the ethics of mid 2000’s paparazzi, and so much more! Also, towards the end... I go into a rant about Erin Brockovich's connection to Erika Jayne from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules!! This was such a fun coffee break, and we dish out everything that makes Baltimore the best for young, punk creatives.

Plus! The revolution needs YOU! Ethereal Anarchy: Zenobia Darling's Haunted Revolution Part 1 premiered on November 1st, capturing one of the most profound paranormal experiences I’ve ever had—documented in full, raw, reality-fabulousness. But we have more content, and filmed during the preimere, and now on a mission to make a part two, creating a first of its kind, full length paranormal documentry. Your support on our GoFundMe fuels everything from ghost-hunting gear to our fierce crew, keeping the spooky, queer vibes alive for the next chapter. Every dollar helps us push boundaries, bring the supernatural to life, and, yes—raise the dead!
Immense love to my fabulous sponsors: The Harford County Cultural Arts Board and Odyssey Salon and Day Spa in Aberdeen, MD!!!
