Focus on either your breath or the Ohm mantra to quiet the mind. Let go of all your expectations for this meditation and just SIT. If your mind wanders, no problem. Gently bring your attention back to the breath or the mantra sound. And so, you can use the wandering of the mind as a repetitive exercise to awaken yourself out of thought.
