Welcome back to Brunch with Desb! In this episode, we are going to be chatting about body dysmorphia and learning to let go of your old self. Whether you’re pregnant like me or simply dealing with changes with your body, I want to remind you that it’s normal for body dysmorphia to exist in all shapes and sizes. We are all going to go through moments where we hate our bodies and that’s okay. You are allowed to be upset and disappointed with yourself, however what’s key is reframing your thoughts about your body.

Although body dysmorphia can still exist no matter what stage of life you’re in, it’s important to accept it and move past it. Instead of dwelling on what you consider negative or trying to change your body instantly, I encourage you to focus on the small steps you can take to begin shifting your mindset.
