Michael O’Brien was successful corporate executive who had a serious wake up call. He was away on a corporate retreat… getting a quick bike ride in before a day of meetings… when he was struck head-on by a speeding SUV who crossed the centerline going 40 mph.

As you can imagine… it changed his life forever. More specifically… Michael is quick to say THAT was his "Last Bad Day."

We’ll talk about WHY that is… and more importantly… HOW that can be true!

Today… Michael is an endurance athlete… a meditation teacher… and the creator of the “Pause Breathe Reflect” Meditation and Gratitude app. And he’s on a mission to ‘ripple something worth rippling’ and help individuals and businesses stress less… perform better… and live more.

He’s truly living the DREAM THINK DO life… so I’m excited for this conversation. Let’s do this.
