In this episode, I take a look at strength equipment and resources I have found and collected over the past 18 years. Which items I consider prioritizing purchasing before others and why. Again, I have no affiliation with any of these products, and I do not endorse their use without consulting a strength training coach like Will Frantz or your Physical Therapist.
