Here’s my conversation with Chor regarding her focus on the importance of building and reinforcing safe patient handling programs in the midst of the current challenges in healthcare organizations. She talks about how supporting the nursing staff through SPH programs can reduce costs, risks and promote staff retention.

Additionally, as a clinical instructor, she also shares the value of having role models for nursing students and those newer to the field as they carve their path in the nursing profession.
