“Your title does not give you the excuse to not connect with your employees.”

There’s a direct connection between your business success and how you lead and connect with your employees. It’s a people first approach, which of course also applies to clients, but when staff eagerly follow a heart driven leader, your clients are sure to feel it.

Heart leadership starts with looking inside at your own behaviors and patterns to consider if there’s a better way. Take that one step further and make those who you lead feel seen, heard, and valued, and you’ve created an environment where people want to follow you as much as you want to lead them.

Traycee Mayer is calling out people who call themselves leaders but who don’t really play the part. She has an inherent interest in other human beings and bringing their talents to the surface. With 43 years of heart leadership experience in full service hotels and convention centers, she knows this is what the world needs. She’s now an executive coach, author, and speaker. Her book, The Leadership Contradiction, is leveling up leadership and business.
