If you dread Mondays, then you'll LOVE our latest podcast episode. Studies show that PLANNING reduces stress and anxiety which is why both of us have a habit of taking 5-10 minutes on Sunday to plan our week before it starts.
Planning is the process of thinking about the steps needed to achieve a goal. This can be a goal as small as repainting a piece of furniture or as large as buying a home. No matter the goal, if you start by planning it out you will create a cascade of benefits in your life including: reduced stress and a higher likelihood of following through. As we often say, "Planning is always the first step." Which is why we are such big fans of planning your week before it starts.
