Meet Frank Randazzo, our guest on this episode of the Healthy Conversations In Trucking podcast. His father was a truck driver, but often spoke about the bad side of trucking. Despite hearing this negative talk growing up, Frank found himself entering this field.
Twenty five years later, he’s still driving over the road and has a lot of share about it on this episode. Frank talks about the good and bad aspects of driving over the road, and shares about some of his favorite parts of the country (which will probably surprise you).
Frank talks about what he loves most and least about the job, and discusses his biggest health challenges as an over the road truck driver. He also shares his best tips for addressing these challenges.
