Welcome to the newest episode of The Prosperous Empath® Podcast, I am so delighted to be here with you. At the time of this recording it is a Monday morning and I’m coming off the most magical weekend where I celebrated the Lunar New Year with a group of girlfriends in Boston. We spent time with Louise Hay’s book, Colors & Numbers: Your Personal Guide to Positive Vibrations in Daily Life, which in the past, has forecasted some very synchronistic and powerful moments in my life. I tell you this because the time spent this past weekend has allowed me to finally feel confident in choosing my word of the year for 2024, a word that has been calling me but I initially felt resistant to – simplicity. Throughout this episode I’m going to first rewind a bit to share how my word of the year for 2023, leisure, created a lot of amazing shifts in my life.
