When you charge for the value you create versus the time you invest, everyone wins. The Client is thrilled to get more revenue. Your team feels adequately compensated for a job well done and an expertise they’ve honed.

But this doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time to build a predictable, repeatable, scalable service. You have to measure your results and be precise in your execution.

My guest on Eye Openers this week, Kris Sugatan, did exactly this and I’m excited for you to hear our conversation.

Check out the episode to learn:

  • The out-of-the-box way she decided to grow her business despite the naysayers
  • The advice she received early on her business that Kris was frustrated by but turned out to be so right
  • Why you should practice independent thinking if you want to reach new levels of success in your business

Show Notes: brittanydrozd.com/24

Eye Opening Insights:

[00:10:46] Why Kris decided to go with a completely different payment model than a standard advertising agency - charging for value and not time [00:15:34] After proving her model worked, Kris has developed a genius alternative VC model for her next phase of business[00:21:27] The advice her friend’s dad gave her on creating a successful business: follow your intuition - and how although as an analytical person this was not the step-by-step advice she wanted to hear, it was the truth.

Now I want to know: How are you practicing discernment? Do you trust your intuition? And if you know you need to practice this more, let’s set up a time to talk!
