He is a social impact real estate developer, investor, consultant, and coach, based in Houston, Texas, focused on revitalizing historically black neighborhoods without displacement. Currently, Christopher is the only African American development partner with the Houston Housing Authority. His model includes new construction to bring higher incomes back, acquisitions of real estate portfolios to protect existing residents, mixed-income apartment complex development, and charter school planting where public schools lag.
