It's time to dive into the surprising symptoms associated with your pelvic floor. Because I'm so excited to share everything with you, I might just throw in a couple of bonus nuggets. This is part 3 of a series about pelvic floor dysfunction.

First, let's take a moment to check in. We all know how chaotic this time of year can be. It's not just the holidays; it's sugar, alcohol, carbs, inflammation, and stress. It's been a busy few weeks for me,

from hosting Christmas parties to consulting and meeting folks all over the place. I realized I needed to slow down and show myself some TLC. I believe in sweating it out and taking care of myself.

But enough about me; let's discuss how neglecting your pelvic floor can lead to unexpected health issues. My patients, mostly new moms, have been suffering from neck pain on one side that just wouldn't go away. As it turns out, neck and jaw pain are closely related, with 80% of jaw pain being caused by neck problems. Guess what else? It is also connected to the pelvic floor. Isn't that wild?

There was also this athlete with groin pain that was tied to the pelvic floor. It's like a domino effect, and it's fascinating how everything is connected.

I'd love for you to join me in January for Restore Your Pelvic Floor if you're dealing with similar issues or are just curious. Here's the best part: You don't have to be present. You will have lifetime access to the recording of the session. Don't let this opportunity pass you by!

If you still have questions, feel free to contact me on Instagram or TikTok. My goal is to help you.

Don't forget to take those 30 seconds for yourself every day before we part ways. It makes a world of difference, I promise.

Cheers to a healthy, happy holiday season!
