Today my guest is Greta Hill. Greta has been studying yoga, meditation, and the healing arts for more than 25 years, and she has been teaching internationally since 1999. She facilitates Yoga Teacher Trainings, retreats, and online yoga lifestyle courses. She has also served as a consultant for a variety of wellness magazines, including the Yoga Journal.
