I wanted to talk to you today about the concept of "healthy anger" and “anger management”. As someone who has loved ones who are struggling with addiction, you may be familiar with feelings of anger and frustration. While it's important to manage these emotions in a healthy way, it's also important to acknowledge that anger can be a valid and necessary emotion in some situations.

Healthy anger is about expressing your feelings in a constructive and respectful way. It's not about attacking or blaming others, but rather about standing up for yourself and your boundaries.

When it comes to addiction, healthy anger can be a powerful tool for advocating for your loved one's well-being. It can also help you set boundaries and communicate your needs in a clear and assertive way.
