Face recognition technology is becoming a part of our daily lives in simple yet impactful ways. Unlocking your phone with a glance, tagging friends on social media, or verifying your identity at the airport are all examples of face recognition at work. Alongside its many practical benefits, there is a growing focus on addressing ethical concerns, especially when it comes to reducing bias.

As one of the pioneers in this field, Paravision has made ethical development a top priority and, in 2022, achieved a #1 ranking as the most accurate face recognition in the world by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

In this episode, CEO Doug Aley and neurobiology expert Rajkumari Neogy engage in an open and honest conversation on the topic. They explore AI's potential for inclusivity, leading in divisive times, and the power of sitting with discomfort.

Please note that views expressed by our guests are their own and do not represent the views of their employers.
